ADVERTISEMENT FOR FEMALE HEALTH WORKER (A.N.M) TRAINING COURSE SESSION 2010 COMMENCING ON MARCH Application in plain papers for 18th months course for Female Health Workers are hereby invited and will be received by the office of the undersigned upto 3.00 PM 26th February, 2010. Only Female Unmarried Candidates who are indigenous inhabitants or permanent resident of the State and who have Passed SSLC level examination from the recognized Board with 45% Aggregate Marks SSLC are eligible to apply. Applicant should not be less than 17 years or above 35years as on 1st January 2010 First 100 candidates from the Garo List first 100 from the Khasi and Jaintia List and first 50 candidate from others as per Merit List will be called. Applicants are required to appear before a Screening Committee in Ganesh Das Hospital in respect of Khasi and Jaintia and for applicant belonging to Garo Hills Screening will be held in Tura Civil Hospital, West Garo Hills for verification of Original Copies of Certificate and Medical Fitness Examination on the 22nd & 23rd March 2010 at 10.00 AM No Notice will be served on any applicants for appearing before the screening Board. All applicants are required to note the date and time fixed. Application received later than 26th February, 2010 will not be considered under any circumstances. Any applicant who fails to appear as above will also automatically lose her right for further consideration and the name of such applicants will be dropped from the list of candidates. Candidates are required to submit their applications in plain papers with following particulars.
The list of the Selected Candidate and Waiting List w ill be published in the Notice Board of Directorate of Health Services (MI), Shilling and Print Media. No individual intimation will be served to any applicant. Selected applicant are required to report to Deputy Director of Nursing Directorate of Health Services (MI), Shillong personally and submit their letter of acceptance and to collect their letter of Nomination and further instruction as the case may be. Any selected applicants who fails to report according to the fixed date will automatically lose her right to nomination and the next eligible candidate form the waiting list will be nominated.
