NOTICE

This is for information of all the Occupiers/Owners of all units involving “Manufacturing Process” which constitute a “Factory” as per the Factories Act, 1948 and running without a valid Factory licence are hereby directed to apply for “a licence to work a Factory” with the office of the Chief Inspector of Boilers and Factories, Shillong at the earliest failing which action as deem fit and proper will be initiated against all concerned factories and units. This was informed by the Chief Inspector of Boilers and Factories, Meghalaya, Shillong.
