SHORT TENDER NOTICE Sealed tender affixing a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only along with a supporting 3-D Model and C.D. using modeling software’s invited from reputed firms for designing, fabrication of the front facia and interior decoration etc. of the Meghalaya Pavilion on Hall No. 16, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for participation in the India International Trade Fair, 2009. Tender Details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day upto 2:00 P.M. of 24th July, 2009 on payment of Rs. 1,000/-. The same can also be downloaded from the Department website www.megipr.gov.in. But payment should be made by cash only and no Bank Draft, etc. will be accepted. Tender will be received upto 2:00 P.M. of 24th July, 2009 and will be open on the same day in office chamber of the undersigned at 2:00PM in presence of Tendered or their representatives who will like to be present. TENDER NOTICE Sealed tender affixing with a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only are invited from Reputed/ experienced Bonafide/ Expert Organisation/ Agencies for Concept Designing, 3-D Model, Fabrication and Presentation of Government of Meghalaya Tableau for Republic Day Parade 2010 at New Delhi. Preference will be given to those Firms having experience of Designing and Fabrication Republic Day Parade Tableau at National Level. Tender Details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day up to 2:00 P.M. of 24th July, 2009 on payment of Rs. 1,000/-. The same can also be downloaded from the Department website www.megipr.gov.in. However payment should be made to the office of the undersigned by cash only and no Bank Draft, etc. will be accepted. Tender will be received up to 3:00 P.M of 31st July, 2009 and will be opened on the same day in the office of the undersigned at 2:00 P.M in presence of the Tenderers or their representatives who would like to be present.
