Sealed tender affixing with a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred) only are invited from Reputed/experienced Bonafide/Expert Organisation/Agencies for Concept Designing, 3-D Model, Fabrication and Presentation of Government of Meghalaya Tableau for Republic Day Parade 2008 at New Delhi. Preference will be given to those Firms having experience of Designing and Fabrication Republic Day Parade Tableau at National Level.

Tender will be received upto 28th September, 2007

Tender Details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day upto 2:00 P.M. of 26th September, 2007 on payment of Rs. 1,000/-. The same can also be downloaded from the Department website www.megipr.gov.in. But payment should be made by cash only and no Bank Draft, etc. will be accepted.

Sealed tender affixing a non-refundable court fee stamp of Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred) only along with a supporting 3-D Model and C.D. using modeling software’s invited from reputed firms for designing, fabrication of the front facia and interior decoration etc. of the Meghalaya Pavilion on Hall No. 16, Pragati Maidan, New Delhi for participation in the India International Trade Fair, 2007.
