Press Release No. 306/11 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO VAS-NGOS-SHGS Shillong, June 17, 2011: The Deputy Commissioner, West Khasi Hills District has informed that application forms for financial assistance to Voluntary Agencies (VAs), Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) and Self Help Groups (SHGs) for the year 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 notified earlier can be obtained from his office till 30th June, 2011. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and the application forms should reach the office of the DC, West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin by 6th July, 2011. |

Press Release No. 309/11 EXTENSION OF MEDICAL TREATMENT FACILITIES TO ALL RETIRED CPMFS Shillong, June 17, 2011: The CASO, Assistant Commandant CISF, ASG, Shillong has informed that, the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India will allow all retired CPMF personnel and their families to avail Medical treatment facilities from all CPFM Hospitals irrespective of the Force they retired from, on production of Health Card. The Medical facilities are available at BSF Composite Hospital, Shillong, Meghalaya for all the retired CPMF personnel. |
