UNKNOWN DEAD BODY FOUND

The Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills District has informed that on 13th July, 2020 one unknown female dead body was seen floating at Umiam river in a highly decomposed state and beyond recognition at Mawdun village, East Khasi Hills and the same was shifted to Civil Hospital, Shillong for conducting P.M. examination. After P.M. examination, the body of the deceased has been kept at the Civil Hospital Morgue Room for identification.
