SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS AND OBJECTION FORMS

This is for the information of the general public that those households both in Urban and Rural Areas are requested to submit Claims & Objection forms under NFSA through the Headman of their respective locality. It may be noted that those households who has already submitted Claims & Objection forms under NFSA need not submit/apply again and those families whose name has appeared in the Non-NFSA list need not apply again. Incomplete forms will be rejected. All Headmen are requested to collect the Claims & Objection forms as per requirement from the Office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong. The last date of submission of Claims & Objection forms is on 30th July, 2018 and will not be entertained after the last date. This was informed by the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong.
