ORDER

In view of the reports received that one person who tested positive for COVID-19 had visited the Hyundai Service Centre at Mawblei, Shillong and recent high risk and low risk contact with the COVID-19 positive case requires aggressive contact tracing, quarantine, testing and isolation as well as containment in the interest of health of general public against any possible spread of COVID-19, the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District in exercise of powers conferred under the Meghalaya Epidemic Diseases, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020 and Amendments thereof for containment of outbreak of COVID-19 has in an order issued on 9th August, 2020, directed Hyundai Service Centre at Mawblei, Shillong to temporarily remain closed, until further orders.

Due to the detection of positive COVID-19 case in Rynjah State Dispensary, Rynjah and due to recent high risk and low risk contact with COVID-19 positive case, vulnerable and affected area require aggressive contact tracing, quarantine, testing and isolation as well as containment in the interest of health of general public against any possible spread of COVID-19, the District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District in exercise of powers conferred under the Meghalaya Epidemic Diseases, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020 and Amendments thereof for containment of outbreak of COVID-19 has in an order issued on 9th August, 2020 directed Rynjah State Dispensary, Rynjah to temporarily remain closed, until further orders.
