ARMY RECRUITMENT RALLY

The Director, Sainik Welfare, Meghalaya, has informed that an Army Recruitment Rally will be held at Jowai from 06th February 2005 to 11th February 2005 for the different posts of Soldier General Duty, Soldier Technical, Soldier Clerk, Storekeeper and Technical and Nursing Assistants.

Male candidates between the age of 17 years 6 months to 23 years 6 months who have passed Class VIII, can apply for Soldier General Duty. For Soldier Technical, candidates should be literate in own language. For other categories the educational qualification is 10 + 2.

The written test will be held on 27th February 2005. The venue of the rally will be intimated by the Deputy Commissioner, Jaintia Hills District.
