DRAFT LIST OF SOCIO ECONOMIC AND CASTE CENSUS 2011

Shillong, January 13, 2014: The Shillong Municipal Board has notified the Draft list of Socio Economic & Caste Census 2011 (SECC-2011) along with the timelines for filling/receipt and disposal of claims and objections for all the wards within the Shillong Municipal area.

The various milestones/activities associated with the said claims and objection and timeline for Draft list publication is on 6th January 2014, holding of meetings at localities on or before 17th January 2014, receipt of claims and objections application in prescribed form by designated officers on 6th January 2014 to 4th February 2014, last date for disposal of claims and objections on 25th February 2014, final list publication 25th February 2014, receipt of appeal petitions by authority at district level designated for the purpose on 18th march 2014, last date for disposal of appeal on 2nd April 2014,and publication of addendum to final list on 7th April 2014.
