PARKING DURING PUJA VISITING HOURS

The Superintendent of Police (Traffic), East Khasi Hills, Shillong has informed that it has been observed that people who are visiting various Durga Puja pandals are parking their vehicles haphazardly causing inconvenience to the general public. All general public who are visiting various Durga Puja pandals in Shillong City are requested to park their vehicles only at the designated parking place systematically and before leaving to visit Puja pandal, they should lock their vehicle properly and also display the name and mobile number of the owner/driver on the front glass of the vehicle so that in case of any emergency, he/they may be called over his mobile by Traffic Police personnel on duty.
