RENEWAL OF LICENCES FOR FPS DEALERS

The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong has informed that under the Provision of Clause 20, 21 PART ‘B’ of the Meghalaya Food grains (Public Distribution System) Central Order, 2004, the term of all the existing Fair Price Shop Dealers (Urban, Upland and Border) areas, will expire on December 31, 2005. Prescribe Forms for Renewal of Licenses for the year 2006 are available in the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong. All applications should be recommended by the respective Sordar/Headman/ Block Development Officer and will be received in the Supply office, Shillong, on or before December 10, 2005.

Application should be affixed with Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only and to be submitted to the Supply office, Shillong along with the office bearers and members of the Vigilance Committee which should include some women members.
