RENEWAL OF LICENSE

The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District has informed that the term of all the existing Fair Price Shop dealers, both urban and rural areas will expire on 31.12.2016. Prescribed form for renewal of licenses for the year 2017 are available in the office of the DC (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong. All application should be recommended by the respective Sirdar/Headman, Block Development Officers and last date for submission is 10th December, 2016. Application should be affixed with Court Fee Stamp of Rs. 25/- along with two passport size photos of the applicant and to be submitted to the Supply Office, Shillong along with the office bearer and members of the Vigilance Committee which should include women members.

RENEWAL OF LICENSE FOR SK OIL AGENCIES AND RETAILERS

The Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District has informed all SK Oil Agencies/SK Oil Retailers under urban and rural areas that their license for purchase/sale and storage for sale of SK Oil is due for renewal for the calendar year 2017. SK Oil Retailers are directed to submit their applications through their respective Headman and Block Development Officers in prescribed form which may be obtained from the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Supply), East Khasi Hills District, Shillong. The application form should be submitted along with the name of Vigilance Committee members of their respective locality/village duly recommended by the Headman concerned. All applications should be submitted on or before the 10th December, 2016.
