MEGHALAYA PAVILION AWARDED GOLD MEDAL IN THE 30TH INDIA INTERNATIONAL TRADE FAIR

Shillong, November 27, 2010: Meghalaya Pavilion was awarded Gold Medal in the North East Category for Excellence in display in the 30th India International Trade Fair 2010, organised by India Trade Promotion Organization at the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 14 to 27 November, 2010. The award was given away by Delhi Chief Minister Smti. Shiela Dikshit during the Award ceremony held today at Shakuntalam Theatre under the Chairmanship of Dr. Subas Pani, Chairman and Managing Director, ITPO.

Meghalaya Pavilion Director, Mr. Batshai Kharsamai, Assistant Director of Information and Public Relations, received the Gold Medal award on behalf of the Government of Meghalaya.
