ORDER UNDER SECTION 144 CrPC PROMULGATED

Section 144 CrPC prohibiting holding of any hunger strike, demonstration or any form of agitational programme causing disruption to the smooth functioning of offices/departments especially the Main Secretariat Building, carrying of arms and other lethal weapons, assembly o: The District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong has today promulgated an order under f five or more persons within a radius of 200 meters from the Meghalaya Main Secretariat Building of East Khasi Hills District, Shillong

This order shall come into force with immediate effect and remain in force till further orders.
