Press Release No. 131/07 INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY TO BE OBSERVED The District Social Welfare Officer, West Khasi Hills District has informed that International Women’s’ Day will be celebrated from March 6-8, 2007 and from March 8-10, 2007 at Nongstoin and Mairang respectively. As part of the programme, training on Food and Nutrition for women and adolescent girls of Nongstoin and adjoining villages will be conducted by the Food and Nutrition Board, Shillong and training-cum-demonstration and exhibition will be organized on March 8, 2007 at Nongstoin Trysem Hall Nongstoin. |
