Press Release No. 124/12 NOTICE Shillong, April 11, 2012: The Superintendent of Police, East Khasi Hills District, has informed that as per order of the Ld. Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Shillong, the Flat No. A-III, 3rd Floor, Durga Residency, Ganesh Avenue RR Road, Dispur, Guwahati (Assam) which is the property of accused Biju Gogoi and Flat No. 5-A Block-I, C-156(17), Sarala Mohan Residential Complex, Jatia Kahilipara Road, Guwahati (Assam), the property of accused Bishnu Sharma situated at Guwahati City have been sealed with a view to prevent any person(s) from buying and selling the said properties as they are now under the custody of the Ld. Court. Therefore, all concerned are requested to desist from buying or selling the said properties as it will amount to contempt of the order of the Court. |
