Press Release No. 125/12 STATE LEVEL JAMBORETTE HELD Shillong, April 12, 2012: The State level Patrol Leaders Jamborette was held at the State Headquarters of Meghalaya Bharat Scouts and Guides, Shillong from 10th and will culminate on 14th April 2012. About 254 Patrol Leaders selected from different schools and colleges from the districts participated in the programme. This year, being the Year of the Youth, Bharat Scouts and Guides is very much concerned to make the Youth aware of their way of life and as future leaders of the society. Besides training, first aid, estimation, extempore speech, pioneering, quiz competition, counseling programme and group discussions on latest issue of the youth were conducted during the Jamborette. |
