SUB DIVISIONAL CONTACT CENTRE ESTABLISHED AT SOHRA

For the purpose of providing seamless interface to provide quality service to citizens and other stakeholders on election matters, the Sub Divisional Contact Centre (SDCC) has been established at the office of the Sub Divisional Officer (Election), Sohra Civil Sub Division, Sohra. The contact number of SDCC is 03637- 235326 and email ID is sdocivilsohra@yahoo.com. The SDCC will be available during working hours on all working days and will take call directly at 03637- 235326, take all calls redirected from the National Contact Centre (NCC) and respond promptly for all types of issue/queries, lodge all the complaints/grievances in the UPGRMS, enter all the emails/complaints in the UPGRMS, maintain list of Sub Divisional Contact Centers Points and regularly monitor the progress and status of all emails and call logs. Shri C. J. Kharshiing, Assistant System Engineer, Smti P. Surong, UDA and Shri J. Nongkynrih, LDA shall man the SDCC on all working days during office hours. This was informed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Election), Sohra Civil Sub Division, Sohra.
