MEGHALAYA GOVERNOR BRIEFED ON PERFORMANCE OF CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF HINDI, MAWDIANGDIANG

Prof. Sunil Babu Rao Kulkarni, Director of Central Institute of Hindi, Agra today paid a courtesy call on the Governor of Meghalaya, Shri Phagu Chauhan at Raj Bhavan Shillong.

During the meeting, Prof. Kulkarni who is on an official tour to the Central Institute of Hindi, Mawdiangdiang briefed the Governor about the performance of the Institute and discussed about the importance of propagating the use of Hindi in the region.

It may be mentioned that the Shillong Centre of the Central Institute of Hindi was inaugurated by the Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan in presence of Chief Minister, Conrad K Sangma and the then State Education Minister, Lahkmen Rymbui on 21 st November 2021.
