APPLICATIONS INVITED FOR RAJIV GANDHI NATIONAL AWARDS SCHEME

Shillong, June 18,10: The Director Implementation, Government Of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Official Language, New Delhi invites applications for Rajiv Gandhi Awards Scheme for original Book Writing on Gyan Vigyan for the year 2009-2010 to encourage creation of literature of high standard in Hindi on subjects relating to different streams of technology/science. Application forms and details are available in room No.310 in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills, District, Shillong.

APPLICATIONS INVITED FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Shillong, June 18, 10: Applications are invited from the Government of India, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports Umbrella for financial assistance to Voluntary Agencies/NGOs under the Schemes for Youth Leadership and Personality Development, Promotion of National Integration, Promotion of Adventure, Development and Empowerment of Adolescent and Technical and Resource Development.

Interested agencies/NGOs may get the details from the Office of the Director, Sports and Youth Affairs, Meghalaya Shillong. Applications are to be submitted on or before June 30th ,2010 for consideration and recommendation.
