SECTION 144 CRPC

The Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Amlarem Civil Sub-Division, Amlarem has promulgated an order under Section 144 CrPC prohibiting the public from washing clothes, utensils, vehicles, bathing and dumping of garbage in the water source of Amlarem Water Supply Scheme at Jarain. The order is necessitated in view of the reports received that the water source of Amlarem Water Supply Scheme at Jarain is being polluted by various activities and that such pollution can pose serious health hazard to human life. This Order will come into force with immediate effect and will remain until further Order.
