NATIONAL HEALTH GOLF TOURNAMENT TO BE ORGANIZED IN SHILLONG

Shillong, June 3, 2013: Teeing off early in the morning by Meghalaya Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Mr. A. L. Hek along with Mr. S.K. Srivastava, Additional Secretary and Financial Advisor, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India at Shillong Golf Course on 3rd June, 2013.

While playing, Mr. Hek, had a detailed discussion with Mr. S.K. Srivastava about the holding of the National Health Golf Tournament at Shillong on the theme, “Golf for Health” to be organized jointly by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India and Health department, Government of Meghalaya sometime in the month of November – December, 2013 and issues for development of the Shillong Golf Course was also raised by Mr. Hek to promote tourism in the State.
