ENTRANCE EXAMINATION FOR ADMISSION IN RASHTRIYA INDIAN MILITARY COLLEGE, DEHRADUN

Shillong, July 21, 2015: The Entrance Examination for admission of boys to Class VIII in the Rashtriya Indian Military College, Dehradun for July 2016 Term will be conducted at selected centres to be notified in December, 2015. Application forms will be accepted on or before the 30th September, 2015 in the office of the Director, Higher and Technical Education, Meghalaya, Shillong.

Candidates should either be studying in Class VII or passed Class VII from any recognized School and should not be less than 11 ½ years of age and should not have attained the age of 13 years on 1st July, 2016, i.e., they should not be born earlier than 2ndJuly, 2003 and not later than 1st July, 2005.

CLEANLINESS DRIVE EXTENDED

Shillong, July 21, 2015: To ensure an improved work culture and work environment including hygiene and cleanliness of the work place, the Government of India, Ministry of Drinking Water and Sanitation has extended the Cleanliness Drive in all government offices and public sector undertakings upto 15th August, 2015. This was informed by the Under Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Public Health Engineering Department.
