Press Release No. 585/15 ARMY RECRUITMENT IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER Shillong, August 19, 2015: The recruitment into Indian Army has gone online. With the advent of technology and penetration of internet access to the remotest villages, the Indian Army has switched over from “Open Rally System” of recruitment to “Online Registration & Application System”, where a candidate can access the Indian Army website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in to find out the schedule of rallies and then register themselves and fill application for a rally. Based on his registration and online application, he will be called for the further recruitment process of Physical and Medical tests. Before registering, it is imperative that a candidate must have a personal valid e-mail ID and a mobile number. During online registration, the candidate will have to fill up the details of his educational qualifications, personal details including permanent residential address with PIN number, domicile/PRC/Nativity certificate and his email ID and mobile number. To register and apply online, candidates may utilize the Common Services Centres all over the country, cyber cafes or personal internet, kiosks at DC’s offices or at nearest Army/Assam Rifles unit/AROs, whichever is easy to access. For further details to check eligibility, procedure for online application, schedule and location of the rallies, the candidates are advised to visitwww.joinindianarmy.nic.in or visit the nearest DC’s office or Army Recruitment Office in the area of Headquarters Recruiting Zone (North East States) at Shillong. A recruitment rally for the candidates of Meghalaya is being scheduled from 3rd-6th December, 2015. The candidates can start registering from the month of October 2015. |
