Press Release No. 414/13 DIABETIC RETINOPATHY MANAGEMENT PROJECT TO BE HELD Shillong, July 31, 2013:, The Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Government of Meghalaya, Mr. A. L. Hek will launch the Diabetic Retinopathy Management Project for the State of Meghalaya on 9th August, 2013 at Eldorado Guest House, Dhankheti, Shillong. The programme is organized by Bansara Eye Care Centre (BECC) in collaboration with World Diabetes Foundation (WDF) and Society for Promotion of Eye Care and Sight (SPECS). Dr. M. Ampareen Lyngdoh, Minister Urban Affairs will flag off the Free Comprehensive Eye and Diabetes Screening Camp at MUDA Complex 2nd Floor, Parking Lot, Police Bazar, Shillong, on 10th August 2013. Registration will start from 9:00 am upto 3:00 pm. |
