AGNIVEER RECRUITMENT RALLIES IN NE

The Recruiting Zone North East States has conducted four Agniveer Recruitment Rallies for the states of Nagaland, Meghalaya, and districts of Upper and Central Assam. The response of the candidates during these rallies have been very positive and encouraging. Rallies for rest of the areas are being coordinated and conducted as per the rally programme available on the Indian Army Recruitment website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in.

Agniveer Recruitment Rally for the state of Mizoram shall commence at Aizawl on 04 Oct 2022. The registrations and application for this rally has already been completed and over 3800 candidates have applied. Following this rally, the candidates of the first four rallies will be appearing for their written exam at their designated locations. A fresh recruitment rally for Soldier Nursing Assistant and Soldier Nursing Assistant Veterinary is also being scheduled in the month of January 2023.

Notification for the rally has been uploaded on the website of the Indian Army www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. The application for all the desirous candidates shall remain open from 01 Oct to 30 Oct 22. It may also be noted that the Indian Army has granted relaxation of two years with regards to the upper age limit for the candidates. Recruitment for this category will be as regular soldiers as per existing terms and conditions of the Indian Army. All the candidates are once again advised to beware of touts who make false promises and extort money from them. The recruitment is a fare and transparent process and no person can influence the outcome.

FOUNDATION STONE LAYING CEREMONY OF JONGKSHA CHC

Shri Banteidor Lyngdoh, Minister of Agriculture today laid the foundation stone for upgradation of Jongksha PHC into Community Health Centre at the premises of Jongksha PHC in the presence of Shri Martle Mukhim, MDC Mawkynrew Constituency, Shri G. Dkhar, Block Development Officer Mawkynrew C and RD Block and Dr. H Lyndem Director of Health Services MI, among others.

In his brief address, Shri Banteidor Lyngdoh stated that with the upgradation of the present PHC, people of Jongksha and its adjoining areas can access better healthcare facilities. The minister also called upon all the stakeholders and the general public to cooperate with the state government in addressing the health issues and to improve the overall healthcare scenario.
