EPIC PHOTOGRAPHY

The Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong has informed that 3rd Round of Photography for issuance of fresh Elector’s Identity Card (EPIC) to all the elector’s of 17-Laitumkrah (ST) Assembly Constituency will commence with effect from 11 to 14 September, 2006. All voters are requested to avail this opportunity to get themselves photographed during the campaign period in their respective designated photographic locations. Those electors who possess the old Elector’s Identity Card (EPIC) are also to be photographed afresh. Photography of all electors will be done afresh in order to facilitate printing of the Photo Electoral Rolls. Detail programme have been sent to the Rangbah Shnong/Headman concerned for information and wide publicity.
