Press Release No. 383/09 CM, DY CM, MINISTERS AND SENIOR OFFICERS CONDOLES REDDY'S DEMISE Meghalaya Chief Minister, Dr. D D Lapang, Deputy Chief Minister, Dr. Mukul Sangma along with other Ministers, and senior officers of the State Government met today to condole the sudden demise of Dr. Yeduguri Sandinti Rajasekhara Reddy, Chief Minister, Andhra Pradesh and four other members in a tragic accident. The members unanimously expressed their shock at the loss of the dynamic leader who led his State towards progress and development paying special emphasis towards the upliftment of the poor and deprived populace of Andhra Pradesh since the day of his taking over the reins of the Government. The members expressed their deepest grief and expressed their condolences to the members of the bereaved families of Dr. Y S R Reddy and the officials accompanying him. At this hour of grief they prayed to the Almighty to give strength to the members of the bereaved families to bear the great loss. As a mark of respect to the departed souls a two minute silence was observed. |
